Terms of Service

01Agreement

These terms govern your use of Deky, operated by Deky Labs, Inc. ("Deky", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind it.

02Your account

You're responsible for your account and workspace, keeping credentials secure, and the activity of members you invite. Authentication is handled by Clerk; you must provide accurate information.

03Acceptable use

You agree not to use Deky to:

• Share content you don't have the rights to distribute.
• Track recipients without a lawful basis or required disclosure.
• Upload malware, or attempt to breach our systems or other workspaces.
• Resell the service without a written agreement.

04Your content

You retain all rights to the decks you upload. You grant Deky a limited license to store, render, and serve them solely to operate the service. We claim no ownership and don't use your content to train models.

05Plans & billing

Paid plans bill in advance through Clerk Billing, monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give 30 days' notice of price changes. Failed payments follow a dunning process — a workspace goes read-only (never deleted) before suspension. Cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period.

06Termination

You can delete your workspace anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, we purge your data within 30 days (except records we must retain by law).

07Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deky's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
